Not at office for scheduled pickup during office hours, waited for more than 2 hours 4. Not notifying me about pickup datetime 5. Not picking the car up on scheduled date 6. Picking the car up not on the scheduled time 7. Wanting to charge me on damage that I singed off for when the car was handed to me
