2. Handed over with only half tank of fuel

3. Not at office for scheduled pickup during office hours, waited for more than 2 hours

4. Not notifying me about pickup datetime

5. Not picking the car up on scheduled date

6. Picking the car up not on the scheduled time

7. Wanting to charge me on damage that I singed off for when the car was handed to me

Dear Mr. Dyason,

As per our telephonic discussion, Europcar received an extension request from you insurer, hence the reason why we did not collect the vehicle at the date and time of the original reservation.

We will investigate the damage matter and revert back to you soonest.
